Business modeling of an inbound tourism operator’s business has resulted in the development of an inbound tourism system that electronically enabled the entire value chain of the client.  This has been presented through a single unifying interface based on the profile of the user enabling all parties in the value chain to contribute content and processes.  It is an example of an industry specific application that has been developed and implemented using the Golden-Orb Framework and Service Oriented technology platform.
