This file is a 740KB .zip file. Consequently it will take several minutes to download.
You will need WinZip (or similar) to open it.
NB This is an update file: You will need to have an earlier version of Nutricheck already installed on your computer.

1) Download the zip file to your hard drive
2) unzip the downloaded file to a floppy disk on your A: drive
There should be several files on your floppy disk after doing this, including 2 files called Nutri1_exe and upgrade.bat
3) you now need to install the upgrade back to your hard drive (C:)
If NutriCheck is installed to the default installation directory, that is, to the NutriCheck folder under Program Files, as recommended in the original installation:
a) Place the floppy disk in the a: drive
b) Click on the START icon on your windows Task bar
c) Move your cursor to the RUN command
d) When the Run Dialog box opens, type a:\upgrade and press the Enter key
e) follow the installation instructions and click on the square box in the top-left corner of the setup box to install to the default directory - ( c:\Program Files\Nutricheck )
When the NutriCheck installation is complete, close the msdos black window by clicking on the small cross in the top-right corner
NOTE: if you installed NutriCheck to a different directory than the initial default installation directory, this upgrade program will not work.
